Storm Day Strategy

Lake Louise excels in powder conditions with heavy snowfall cycles. During extreme winds, backside/upper mountain lifts close but West Bowl and lower terrain remain operational. Deepest powder found on summit frontside and WH1 early in storm cycle before wind closure. Off-piste areas provide excellent alternatives when wind closes upper terrain. Morning access optimal before wind events.
